Pair of interacting proteins sequences, for which co-crystallized structures with similar (but non-identical) sequences are available in PDB. Model structures are built by sequence homology using co-crystallized structure of another protein complex as a template. Note: both interacting partners are homologous to the other pair of interacting sequences.
